Terms and Conditions
When you are shopping at BLOOM OBJECTS you are automatically accepting our sales conditions. Therefore, we advise you to thoroughly read through all the below mentioned terms and conditions before you start shopping on www.bloom-objects.com
When making a purchase on our website you give BLOOM OBJECTS the authorization to make the withdrawal. We accept payment by Mobilepay, Applepay, Visa, Visa Dankort and MasterCard. For special inquiries, please contact us for further information at hello@bloom-objects.com
All prices on the website are in danish kroner and include danish vat which is 25%. Orders placed within the European Union should not be subject to additional taxes, whereas countries outside the EU may charge customs fees. BLOOM OBJECTS cannot be held responsible for any delay at customs or extra charges.
BLOOM OBJECTS can not be held responsible for typos in the address, email, phone numbers or other personal information regarding shipping.
Disclaimer: We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in pricing or stock levels. While we strive to provide accurate information, in the event of inaccuracies, we appreciate your understanding. If necessary, orders affected by such errors will be canceled. Thank you.
GIFT CARD
At BLOOM OBJECTS, you can purchase gift cards that can be used for purchases on the webshop. The gift card will be sent to you via email.
The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, and the date of issue is indicated on the gift card.
Shipping
All orders (besides pre-orders and selected 3D printed vases) are ready to ship within 1-3 days. Pre-orders and selected 3D printed objects may take longer, about 2 weeks. Shipping costs will be added and depends on your location and weight. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a Track & Trace number allowing you to follow and locate your parcel. In case of the pressure of busyness, a longer delivery time may occur.

REFUND POLICY
RETURNS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Products must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Any used, broken product packaging (including stickers), damaged goods or products that show signs of wear and use will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are in the same condition as when purchased.
Denmark: If you wish to exercise your right of return within 14 days of your purchase, you can log in via our return portal and return your items. Here, you will receive a return label and a QR code, which you can take to your nearest GLS Parcel Shop. You have 14 days to return the purchased items to the webshop; otherwise, the refund will not be processed.

A return shipping fee of DKK 50 will be deducted from your refund.
If the return reduces the total order value below the free shipping threshold (DKK 1,000), we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs from the refund.
Other European countries: If you wish to exercise your right of return within 14 days of your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@bloom-objects.com. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund, amounting to 300 DKK. You are personally responsible for the package/items until we have received them. Therefore, please save postal receipts and any tracking numbers. You must return the items to the specific address we provide you, and not to a pickup point/post office.
Return from NON-EU: When returning items from countries outside the European Union, please note that the buyer is responsible for covering all associated return costs. These costs will be deducted from the final refund amount issued to the buyer.
We recommend that you send the parcel with GLS or UPS. Parcels must be sent directly to our address. We do not accept parcels that have been delivered to either parcel shops or pickup locations. We do not accept parcels sent with DAO.
BLOOM OBJECTS cannot be held responsible for lost items, and we advise that you keep all proof of delivery and tracking information until the refund is processed. The return costs are not refunded or paid by BLOOM OBJECTS.
We will notify you once we have received your return and if it has been approved for a refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take approximately 3-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
CANCELLATION AND NON-PICKUP POLICY
If a buyer decides to cancel their order and neglects to collect the package, any return shipping fees, including potential customs clearance charges, will be deducted from the refunded amount. Customers must be aware that failure to pick up the package constitutes a cancellation, and associated costs will be adjusted accordingly.
Additionally, if the customer allows the package to be returned without informing us, a penalty fee of 100 DKK + return shipping fees will be applied.
Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review the return policy outlined above to ensure compliance with the specified timelines and conditions. In the case of canceled orders, the deducted fees will be communicated transparently to the buyer, reflecting the return shipping costs and any additional charges incurred during the clearance process.
BLOOM OBJECTS reserves the right to manage returns and cancellations in accordance with the outlined policies to maintain a fair and efficient process for both the buyer and the company. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We can not be held responsible for typos in address/house number, email, phone numbers or other personal information regarding shipping. If your order has been returned due to typos in personal information, we can re-ship (new shipping costs will be added) or cancel your order when it arrives at our office.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
CLAIM POLICY
BLOOM OBJECTS grants customers 2 years warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by mishandling of the item or lack of maintenance.
The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by appointment, possibly crediting.

ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS
Kindly note that our artificial flowers contain metal components, which may potentially cause discoloration if submerged in water. This is provided as information, and any decision to place them in water is at your own discretion and risk. Thank you for your understanding

BUYING IN OUR SHOP
If you purchase products in our shop, they cannot be returned, and we do not offer refunds. However, you are always welcome to exchange your purchase for another product in the shop.
PRE-ORDER
Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all products are in stock.
Estimated delivery times are provided, but delays may occur due to external factors beyond Bloom Objects' control. Bloom Objects cannot be held responsible for such delays.
EXCEPTIONS
Damages Items
For defective or damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours). Please include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos of the item. Once we have processed your request, we will send you a replacement piece.

PRIVACY POLICY
We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can request to have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with BLOOM OBJECTS, we need the following information:

Registration of your personal information is used for the sole purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with BLOOM OBJECTS, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When collecting personal information via our website, we ensure that it always happens by submitting your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly of what information is being collected and why.
Use of analytics tools
We use Microsoft Clarity to analyze how visitors use our webshop. This may include information such as page views, clicks, scrolls, mouse movements, heatmaps, and session recordings. The purpose is to better understand user behaviour, improve the functionality of the website, and optimize the user experience.

We use log statistics at www.bloom-objects.com, which means, we have a statistics system, that gathers information, that can supply us with a statistical indication of, how many visitors the site has, where they are from, on which landing page they leave the site and more.
The Log statistic is only used with the purpose to improve BLOOM OBJECTS website.
