SHOP MANAGER
ARE YOU THE SHOP MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re opening our first store in Copenhagen – and we’re looking for a store manager who wants to be part of the journey from day one. Someone who is passionate about aesthetics, loves great service, and has a sharp sales instinct.
At BLOOM OBJECTS, everything revolves around the personal encounter: you need to be able to read the customer’s needs, guide them in combinations, and ensure they leave with something that feels just right. You’ll be the face of the store, with the freedom – and responsibility – to drive sales, engage the team, and ensure the store performs both visually and commercially.
Experience with flowers is not a requirement – we’ll train you. What matters most is that you’re creative, have a flair for form, color, and composition – and that you thrive when taking responsibility.
YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Create an outstanding, personal customer experience – every time
- Guide customers in selecting flowers and vases with a keen eye for aesthetics and individual needs
- Ensure the store’s visual expression, layout, and sales performance
- Take responsibility for reaching the store’s sales targets – and think proactively in terms of campaigns and upselling
- Ongoing inventory checks and ordering in collaboration with management
- Daily follow-up and reporting on sales
- Training and supporting part-time staff
- Light administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, task delegation, price and assortment updates)
WE EXPECT THAT YOU:
- Have experience in consultative sales and delivering a high level of service – and thrive on giving customers a personal, engaging experience
- Have a background in retail – ideally with sales responsibility or leadership experience
- Possess a sharp eye for aesthetics, styling, and detail
- Are outgoing, attentive, and skilled at understanding customer needs
- Enjoy taking responsibility and can maintain an overview, even during busy periods
- Have a natural sales mindset and are motivated by reaching goals
- Are structured and take initiative – even without being asked
- Are flexible regarding working hours, including weekends
- Communicate professionally in both Danish and English
WE OFFER:
- A key role in the launch of our very first store in Copenhagen
- The opportunity to make your mark – both visually and commercially
- A daily work environment centered around aesthetics, flowers, design, and attention to detail
- Close collaboration with the owner and team – you'll be involved where decisions are made
- A small, passionate team with high ambitions and great energy
- A full-time position with salary based on qualifications
